A bespoke package of 6 hypno-birthing and hypnotherapy sessions to help with pregnancy, birth and the postpartum. We will address any particular worries, concerns and deeper issues allowing the space and time for the brain and body to be ready for birth and the postnatal period. Each session is 75 minutes each.
